Engineering Manager (Salesforce)
Partner with a market leader in the media space with big plans to grow this new team and division as their products scale.
You will join at a pivotal time and get involved in building out the roadmap, growing the team and executing the plans you create!
To be successful you must come from a development background and still enjoy rolling up your sleeves occasionally, combined with a passion for developing the team around you. Your team will look after internal business applications focusing on CRM, and other inventory management platforms.

Experience Requirements
- Current experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams of 10+
- Proven ability to lead and build engineering and platform teams
- Software Development background with strong experience around CRM (Salesforce) and integration technologies, design principles, best practices etc
- Experience with Event-driven Architecture and scaling enterprise-level software/systems
- Cloud Platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure + CI/CD/TDD/BDD/Agile
- SYDNEY-based and open to 1 day per week in the office
- Cloud and Salesforce Certifications (Highly Desirable)
