    Our client is on the hunt for a confident and imaginative Senior Performance/Digital Marketing Master to join their fun and fast moving team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.    As the lifeblood of their performance channels you will be responsible for ideating, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing channels and assets.    You will identify the growth areas within their marketing stack and provide solid recommendations based on data-driven insights. Day to day you will be responsible for driving revenue to the business while confidently being able to talk to attribution and different data points outside of ad serving platforms.    The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and an exceptional ad server, who can effectively manage multiple digital channels with ease.    They operate E-Commerce stores in Australia, NZ, the UK and the USA, with in-house development, creative and marketing teams.    Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of performance channels, including paid search, paid social and oversee our affiliate programs. Bonus points for SEO knowledge! Channel your marketing magic to develop and execute awe-inspiring digital marketing strategies that captivate hearts and minds. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive digital marketing approach across all channels. Set clear performance goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROAS, and other relevant metrics. Expertise in PPC advertising, social media marketing and SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimise campaigns.   • CRM Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our client's growing team.    The CRM Specialist will have hands-on experience developing across our client’s CRM platform. They will create personalised, dynamic messages and landing pages, and are fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration.   Key Responsibilities: Administer and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Design and implement marketing automation campaigns, email campaigns, and customer journeys using SFMC, leveraging the various tools within Email Studio, including Content Builder, Automation Studio & Journey Builder.  Manage and maintain data hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM strategies with business objectives. Develop and maintain CRM-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to end-users on CRM systems and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, features, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and added bonus of Siebel experience. Good understanding of how Marketing Cloud Server-Side Scripting Languages (AMPscript, GTL, SSJS) could be used in Marketing Cloud. In-depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and designing or developing custom API integrations is also expected. Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and customer journey management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.   • Performance Marketing Executive

    Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will assist in managing Paid Social and Display Lead Generation channels, across their portfolio of brands.    You will help drive performance through the production of performance led digital creative and advanced optimisation tactics. This is a great role if you want to expand your knowledge in Social Media and Display marketing whilst building your experience in a large global enterprise. Responsibilities: Monitor campaign results and analyse key metrics within platforms and suggest changes that will optimize performance (mainly CPL) to drive improved profits. Track, report, and analyse website analytics across media channels initiatives and/or new media tests. Assist in the optimisation of all Social Media and Display channels within the levers in your control from structure, audience and creative maximise lead volume and CPLs, and stay within business KPIs. Support team to build out experimentation roadmap across platform and ad creative to improve brand performance and maximise ROI. Assist in the review of all platform tracking and collaborating with broader teams to ensure reporting pipelines are accurately measuring the performance.   Experience Required: Passion for social media marketing and understanding an audience’s motivation and behaviour to drive social content creation and advertising. 1-2 years experience in a similar role.  Demonstrable passion for performance marketing best practices and has experience in social media business tools and/or programmatic display.     Our client is a privately owned real estate and investment company with a global presence, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager as they continue on their growth trajectory.    This role is very much a hands on, across both strategy and execution, and you'll ideally have a background in residential real estate.    Key Responsibilities:    Develop and deliver on the overall Marketing strategy. Create purposeful and engaging content for key target audiences; including writing copy, designing creative assets, and executing content strategies. Generate leads from all avenues (Google AdWords, Social Media, etc.) for sales.stak Increase brand awareness and actively pursue opportunities to positively influence business outcomes. Develop analytics and reporting to measure the performance of Marketing activities and provide recommendations.
