Application Support
* 4 days at home, 1 in the office
* 6 month contract (with extensions)
* Attractive day rate on offer
* SYDNEY BASED ONLY
TheDriveGroup are partnering with an amazing company who are already doubling in growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1/2 technical support to employees and customers, addressing software and hardware issues.
- Provide application support for current and future line of business applications.
- Create and maintain scripts or applications to automate routine tasks and boost efficiency.
What you need:
- Worked on .NET applications
- PowerShell/ Python scripting for automation
- API's
- Infrastructure monitoring
- making sure systems are running
- Worked across L1/2 App support tickets
*this role does require weekend work once a month (on-call) with time in lieu
