Data Engineer

One of Australia's most influential businesses is scaling, and they are looking for a great Data Engineer to join the team!
  
Working with the delivery team, you will be building, deploying and then maintaining highly scalable data pipelines on a variety of projects and products.
  
Along with a passion for data, we are looking for people who have experience building quality data products deployed into the cloud and have experience with cloud DWH and CI/CD deployment and development processes.
  
What You’re Bringing:

• A university degree in IT (or related)
• 5 + years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Preference for GCP experience, although Azure or AWS is great too
• Experience with Snowflake 
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Strong ETL experience 
• Exposure to DevOps - you'll be deploying your pipelines and will need to be comfortable from the get-go.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects critical to the success of the business's digital strategy as it expands due to a number of large initiatives kicking off in the coming months. This will be a challenging role, but you will be compensated with a market-leading package and one of the best working environments in Australia.  

Please note - we require candidates with full and unrestricted work eights, and to be based in Sydney as this is a hybrid role.
