Job description

Level 2 Support Engineer
* Up to $80-85k plus super
* Sydney CBD

TheDriveGroup are proud to be partnering with an up and coming MSP who are wanting to grow their team in the CBD. 

What you will be doing: 
  • Providing level 1 and level 2 support to end users
  • System administration and support of AD, O365, Azure AD & Intune
  • Resolve service requested in Connectwise 
  • Maintain operating system
  • Desktop and laptop builds with SOE
  • Basic network troubleshooting
What you need: 
  • 3+ years experience working within a MSP environment
  • Experience working across AD, O365, AzureAD & Intune
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Must be ok with 5 days in the office
