Level 3 Engineer
* wfh - Sydney based
* up to $110 plus super

TheDriveGroup are proud to collaborate with an up and coming MSP who truly puts their staff first who are a proud Microsoft and Sophos partner. 

What you will be doing:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support across the team
- Onsite visits as and when needed
- Client onboarding and off boardings 

What you will need:
- Experience working a MSP (managed service provider, essential) 
- Worked on Office 365 migrations
- Azure/ Azure AD knowledge
- Networking; config switches, routers and firewalls
- Ability to drive to customer sites when needed
