Overview

One of our partners a NFP organisation is seeking an adaptable mid level Project Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading projects aimed at improving our operational efficiency, particularly in the transition to digital solutions and enhancing their finance system.
  
  
Day-to-day
  • Lead projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing digital solutions.
  • Manage the transition of their finance system, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to define project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organisation.
  
Core Skills
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.
  • Expertise in leading the delivery of technology-enabled business initiatives using Waterfall and/or Agile practices
  • Experience working with complex IT systems, including CRM, Web/Digital and Data solutions,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
