One of our partners a NFP organisation is seeking an adaptable Project Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading projects aimed at improving our operational efficiency, particularly in the transition to digital solutions and enhancing their finance system.
Day-to-day
- Lead projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing digital solutions.
- Manage the transition of their finance system, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
- Collaborate with senior team members to define project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organisation.
Core Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and implementing technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.
