Senior Node Developer - SaaS Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js Developer to contribute to our exciting projects and help drive our software development initiatives forward.

As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading Node.js Development: Take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust Node.js applications.
2. Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
3. Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
4. Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems and processes.
6. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our applications.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your Background:

Expertise in Node.js and its frameworks (Express, Koa, etc.).

• Technical Experience: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Proficient in database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Coding Practices: Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
