Senior Project Coordinator

The Drive Group has partnered with a large Australian brand who are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the wider Group Procurement team. This role will be a 6-12 month contract with the view to extend. You will be assisting on and not limited to building training materials, refreshing policies, and procedures, planning, change management process, and coordinating tech work that is being implemented. To be successful you MUST HAVE:

• Senior Project Coordinator experience
• Be a consummate project coordinator – able to bring this all together, put some simple governance in place, and coordinate 
• Smart, picks up concepts easily, strategic, and able to get into the content 
• Pulls together financial/business cases and options analysis
• Develop strategy decks, executive summaries
• working templates, processes, etc.
• understanding of procurement is desirable
