Service Delivery Manager
* Up to $130k plus super
* North Shore Suburbs
* Education sector
* On-site daily
TheDriveGroup are partnering with a growing company that is looking to add a well-versed and experienced Service Delivery Manager to be onsite with a fabulous school.
What you will be doing:
- Manage day to day operations
- Create and maintain a customer service culture at the school
- Develop and maintain a strong and harmonious technical services team culture
- Develop, implement, and maintain well-documented and efficient policies
Experience you need to have:
- Experience as an SDM
- Managed ITIL processes
- Connectwise ticketing tool
- Managed staff
- Have developed meaningful reporting, and detailed analysis
- Education experience a plus
You MUST be okay with working 5 days on site.
For this role, you must have experience working within an MSP environment and have full working rights in Australia.
