A renowned Australian household brand is actively searching for a Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong command of Python and SQL, with particular emphasis on the ability to craft SQL queries. Essential qualifications include experience in cost modelling and management accounting.
To be successful you'll need to have clear communication, technology documentation, and process mapping. While coding is not a primary requirement, a crucial aspect is the capability to comprehend and articulate intricate technical concepts.
Core Skills:
This role will be part of a long-term engagement working within a hybrid working environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely based in Sydney. - Substantial experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in finance, FMCG, or retail.
- Proficiency in Executive and Management Reporting, showcasing analytical skills in data interpretation.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale data migration projects.
- Proactive approach with the ability to research and distil feedback into valuable insights.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BigQuery.
- Management Accountant experience is essential for this position.
