Your Mission:

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and researchers to understand and translate complex concepts into user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
• Develop engaging and concise content that guides users through interactive experiences, ensuring clarity and seamless understanding.
• Craft compelling narratives that captivate users, establishing a connection with their products.
• Create and maintain a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand and enhances the overall user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and refine content strategies.

Your Toolkit:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create exceptional user experiences.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and human-centred design methodologies.
• Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ideally you will have come from a product-focused role previously. 
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools is a plus.
