One of the founders of TDG! James is a big advocate for the relaxed, collaborative culture that he has helped shape, and loves coming to the office and watching the team grow and succeed.<\/p>\r\n

With more than 10 years under his belt, John is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to recruitment and scaling teams. Despite managing the daily operations and looking after his own clients and pipeline,<\/p>\r\n

Principal by name but not by nature, Simon loves a bit of office banter. He is one of our more experienced recruiters responsible for hiring strategies, but he also loves getting stuck into placements and helping to support the team.<\/p>\r\n

Caoimhe is our dedicated JavaScript Recruiter! Her name is pronounced kwee-va and comes from the Irish caomh meaning \u201cdear\u201d, which truly describes Caoimhe\u2019s nature. Caoimhe is an experienced recruiter and has a knack for building relationships<\/p>\r\n
