Job description
I have partnered with one of the big four banks that are looking to grow their agile capability by bringing on quite a few coaches to work with all levels of leadership to mentor stakeholders across multiple parts of the business in best agile practices and principles. You will be relied on for your expertise in mentoring and coaching teams through the agile ways of working to help install this mindset. You will be working with a wider team and reporting to the agile practice lead. They will be looking for resources to come on board on a long term day rate contract with the ability to:
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
- Experience in coaching senior leadership
- Communicate effectively
- Hold standups with cross-functional teams
- Mentor individuals and teams to ensure best practices are kept in place
- Working with different levels of agile maturity
- Functional and Technical stakeholders
- Confident to overcome challenges faced within large organisations
