TheDriveGroup are partnering with an Australian household brand who are looking for a driven Application Trainer within digital to help assist support current applications, facilitate training and work across knowledge based articles. 

The role: 

• Effective facilitation of systems on-boarding to teams
• Building effective and engaging training plans and materials
• Act as a subject matter expert for technology platforms
• Maintaining relationships, ensuring stakeholders get the most of out software and applications

What you need:

• Experience in design and delivery of technology based training 
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills - MUST HAVE
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Salesforce experience (desirable)
• SQL queries + HTML scripting is a huge plus 

This role will suit someone who has a technical background but finds their passion is dealing with multiple stakeholders and solving technology problems. 

Interviews will happen this week! 

This role may include interstate travel.
