Our Client, a Global Tech company, is going through a transformation into a SaaS Organisation and is looking for a B2B Marketing Campaign specialist who wants to be a part of this huge opportunity to reinvent the company.
  
You will be managing & executing campaigns across customer adoption, migration, engagement & Loyalty.
  
This will be an opportunity for someone to come in and have autonomy in the role, and be hands on across strategy & execution, with a long term vision of building out a team.
  
This role would suit someone who has that creative and curious mindset and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and think outside of the box.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage development and production of case studies, videos, and testimonials that make customer stories come to life.
  • Execute distribution strategy of content across customer-engagement channels, and coordinate sharing with other Marketing teams.
  • Support the conceptualisation, content creation and end-to-end execution of personalised customer health programs such as Year in Review, early-life and activation nurtures.
  • Coordinate and deliver product update webinars
Key Skills:
  
  •  At least 5 years of marketing experience,  ideally with 3 years in B2B comms or marketing.
  • Proven experience with managing end to end engagement loyalty and communications campaigns using a range of channels/tools such as social, email, webinars, nurture programs, and analytics.
  • Experience working in a tech or Saas company with proven experience of delivering customer communications to support customer experience changes is advantageous
  • Proven verbal and written communications experience - deftly handling everything from presentations and emails to landing pages and newsletters.
  • Loves working with product teams, translating complex, technical jargon into clear yet compelling customer communications in their own language.
  • Self-driven and enjoys multi-tasking - comfortable juggling multiple projects and driving them to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and thinking outside the box - solves problems in creative ways.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (eg. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, SugarCRM)
 
This role would ideally be based in Sydney, with flexible WFH options.
Also open to Melbourne or Brisbane candidates too.
