About the role:
- Build the relevant capability to deliver values to the Tribes through coaching and support
- Maintain standards to ensure quality delivery of the capabilities
- Coach, mentor, support & upskill Chapter Members
- Go through project reviews and assign BA's appropriately
- Working closely with business and technical partners to understand customer and business problems
- Experience as Chapter Lead/ Lead BA/ Principal BA essential
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience growing BA teams
- Worked in governance and processes
- Retail experience desirable
