Business Continuity Manager

TheDriveGroup has partnered with a global company to find them a new hire in the capacity of a Business Continuity Manager. The Client is looking for someone who can come in and make the role their own. Leading business impact assessments to avoid disruptions and identify vulnerabilities, pave the way for future resilience, execution of business continuity measures, and responsive to evolving threats. To be successful you MUST HAVE:

• Business Continuity Manager experience
• Implementing and managing continuity plans
• Proficiency in integrating Business Continuity to IT disaster
• Senior Stakeholder Maangement
• Strong communication skills
• Agile ways of working
• Physical infrastructures and customer-centric operations
• Desirable: Manufacturing, logistics, distribution or retail

This is a Full-Time position with hybrid work based in Melbourne. They have a two-stage interview process and would love someone to join the business that has some governance. The role is for a great company with an excellent working environment full of collaboration which has allowed them to build and scale whilst keeping a great culture.
