Job description
TheDriveGroup has partnered with a Motor insurance company who are scaling across various areas within the business. They have just opened up a new office in WA to offer new products in plant machinery. They are already situated across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. They need someone comfortable working autonomously and dealing with end-to-end claims. The team has a lot of senior claims consultants across the team who are more than willing to offer training and support. To be successful you MUST HAVE:
- Motor Claims Consultant
- End-to-end Claims
- Negotiating
- Meet timelines set for new claims
- Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Claims Escalation
- Insurance Code of Practice
The client has a streamlined interview process which consists of one VC and an online assessment. They are currently working two days from home and 3 days within the office. Each Thursday the whole team gets together to run through any issues individuals may be having with claims and offer support.
