Our Client a Fintech StartUp is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager someone who ideally has experience within B2C SaaS businesses.
As the Lifecycle Manager with B2C experience, you will own and optimise conversion, retention, referral and engagement opportunities along the customer’s journey

As the Lifecycle Manager with B2C experience, you will own and optimise conversion, retention, referral and engagement opportunities along the customer’s journey
Responsibilities
- Develop re-engagement, referral, retention and promotional strategies along the customer journey.
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns, to improve conversions along the customer journey.
- Work alongside the broader marketing team to develop campaign messaging, copy and creative elements.
- Test, track and report on key campaign results and continually identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build marketing automation templates for use in our templates library.
- B2C Lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a StartUp
- You are passionate about marketing technology and using data to
optimise the customer journey - You will need to collaborate across multiple teams; marketing, product, sales, and support, so you'll need to be a strong team player, but don't mind rolling your sleeves up and getting it done
