We have partnered with a leading not-for-profit organisation that is seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to work closely on the organisations Data Strategy.
This is a permanent position and will provide a pathway into Data Governance for a person with an excellent background in Business Intelligence.
You will be partnering with stakeholders from across the business in a hybrid role to ensure you are driving the Data Strategy forward. Whilst having a strong focus on Data Governance, you will also be hands on developing Power BI dashboards and working closely with stakeholders to identify and respond to business needs, as well as providing actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing, educating and promoting best practices for dashboard and visualisation management
- Ensuring that large and complex sets of enterprise data are accessible for all reporting purposes.
- Building and developing reports that present your insights and findings in meaningful and impactful ways
- Enhancing the Data Governance and Management strategy and support function
- Continuously improving data governance processes to align them with the business
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary Qualification (Business, Statistics or IT preferred)
- 3+ years’ working with Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx and SQL
- 3+ years’ experience in defining and implementing data quality, metadata and master data solutions.
- Excellent understanding and experience working with XML
- Good understanding of Business Intelligence systems.
- Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge and hands on experience of data management practises
