The Drive Group has partnered with a fintech startup where we have helped them scale up their Software Development team but they are now looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the team. The company has a great product which has enabled a number of clients to save time and become more efficient in the way they deliver to customers. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a couple of scrum teams made up of between 4 - 6 Developers, a Product Manager, and a Head of Design. This role will require someone that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment as well as somebody comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders. There will be support provided where needed but will initially be looking for a self-starter to join this vibrant team.
