Job description

Our client a scaling B2B SaaS company are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join their rapidly growing company.
You'll have previous experience working in a B2B SaaS environment and will be able to come in and hit the ground running, on the executional side with a view then to build out a team overtime.
  
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Execute a demand generation strategy to drive awareness, traffic and leads to meet targets.  
  • Test and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, video, webinars, social media, display, retargeting)
  • Thinking analytically and creatively to build data-driven campaigns that grow pipeline and exceed growth targets while not compromising on brand and storytelling.
  • Define and measure demand generation metrics. You’ll be reporting on key metrics such as website traffic, demo requests, lead to close conversion, pipeline value, revenue, and CAC.
  • Manage budgets to ensure ROI for channels.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Experience implementing demand generation marketing programs.
  • Data Driven and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and CRM highly regarded
