Job description

Our client, an iconic Australian brand, is looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager who will be responsible to drive quality traffic to branded websites to grow online sales as well as supporting the overall needs of the brand domestically and internationally.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the online acquisition strategy across all channels including Search, Google Shopping, Social and Partnerships.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing the budget allocation across channels and markets ensuring performance visibility and tracking is in place allowing for the best return on ad spend (ROAS) at all times.
  • Building and ongoing strategy and setting the right objectives around ROAS and Customer Acquisition cost.
  • Further establishing the strategy around branded and unbranded search.
  • Working closing with the SEO team to establish a “blended search” road map ensuring we are not operating in silos.
  • You will also manage associated KPIs for each acquisition channel and run relevant, action orientated analysis and provide weekly monthly and quarterly updates as well as building into the yearly financial objectives
  • Managing multiple external agencies, working together to implement and monitor campaigns.
  • Working collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure the needs of the brand are being met and that the brand marketing plans are supported and leveraged effectively.
  • Support the brand marketing team with lead generation campaigns.


Key Experience:
  • 4+ years experience in data-driven performance marketing/ acquisition related positions.
  • Proven experience working across acquisition channels with an emphasis on paid search.
  • Experienced operational execution of campaigns and subsequent analysis to ensure continued performance improvement.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience using Google Data Studio
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Experience managing Affiliates and familiar with associated tools, ideally Partnerize
  • Extremely analytical, data driven with a passion for numbers.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Positive, collaborative, solution focused and can-do approach to your work.
  • Exceptional problem solver and creative thinker.

This role is Sydney based, with a hybrid WFH model in place.
