Digital Marketing Manager - eCommerce
We are working with a well know eCommerce company that has experienced huge growth through the past 12 months and are looking to add a number of key roles to their team. A key role for the continued growth and expansion is a Digital Marketing Manager
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will head up the execution of their online marketing across all their brands and wiht a few more in the pipeline as well. You will work with our category managers and brand manager to execute our marketing and advertising across all channels.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will head up the execution of their online marketing across all their brands and wiht a few more in the pipeline as well. You will work with our category managers and brand manager to execute our marketing and advertising across all channels.
What you will be doing
- Work with the front-end development team in applying retail UX best practice principles to drive conversion on the website.
- You will be responsible for executing the performance marketing strategy to drive traffic to a network of eCommerce websites.
- You will be responsible for driving high-value traffic across SEM (Shopping and Search), SEO, price comparison sites, paid social, and the EDM program.
- You will execute our EDM & retention marketing strategy, working with the Brand manager on driving sales through segmentation strategies, re-engagement, and the acquisitions of new sign-ups.
- Provide regular channel reporting and post-campaign analysis, leveraging data to optimise future campaigns and improve digital advertising performance
- Advertising campaigns including offers and product, landing pages and creative assets
- Drive engagement through homepage and web content management, aligning to SEO best practice
- Drive signups, subscriptions, and continual site optimisation to improve conversion and customer journey
- Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the website to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years digital ads experience in managing, implementing, and reporting on paid marketing - Google Shopping, Adwords, Social
- Experience managing EDM programs and growing an engaged database
- Digital background with experience in online retail optimization and a high level of working knowledge in Google Analytics
- Attention to detail
- Strong project management skills.
