Job description

We are working with an ambitious start-up eCommerce company that is looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to their team to help develop and execute their media strategy: from defining our media budget across stages of the funnel and across channels, to constantly tracking and optimising channel performance - working closely with the marketing, creative, and tech development teams.

  
Duties:
  • Developing the advertising strategy, defining budget, campaigns, KPIs and targets at each stage of the marketing funnel, and across the multiple media channels (digital and traditional) available
  • Leading the digital media buying and optimisation, primarily across Facebook and Google, helping continue driving strong growth whilst ensuring you are acquiring customers at target costs.
  • Supporting the monthly post-mortem of creative performance, working with the Head of Growth and Content Specialists to help hypothesise and plan future monthly creative production
  • Identifying new test and learn opportunities to deliver increased growth through Facebook via elements such as creative, campaign optimisation and bid strategies
  • Researching new digital media opportunities that exist on other platforms and conducting tests to establish viability before then scaling them
  
Key Skills;
  • Experience in digital performance marketing
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, with an ever-evolving business.
  • Managed significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels with proven ability to allocate and distribute this as effectively as possible, looking at both attribution and the full marketing funnel to help inform decision making
  • Experience in delivering aggressive growth metrics
  • Deep expertise and experience in managing ads across Facebook and Google and leveraging these platforms to their fullest to help fuel growth
  • An analytical problem solver with strong data manipulation and analytics skills
  • Experience working with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts is strongly desired
  • Other digital and traditional media planning and buying experience would help set you apart for consideration
