Job description

Our client is on the lookout for an SEM Gun to join their team as a Digital Performance & Acquisition Manager, working for a large financial services organisation on an initial 12 month FTC. You'll be supporting the marketing activity across all paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing campaigns in digital channels including SEM, Social, Native, Affiliates, Display and others
  • Develop and support annual Paid Search marketing strategy
  • Explore and test new channels where appropriate to drive commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop search strategies in support of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Share knowledge on best practices for each channel, increasing the digital knowledge base across the marketing team
  • Ensuring all conversion tags are implemented correctly and data collection is accurate
Key Experience
  • Passion for Paid Search!
  • Min 2 years SEM experience- client or agency side
  • Highly developed analytically skill, highly numerate
  • Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, SEM, Social, Display, and Native
  • Proven success driving commercial results in SEM/PPC achieving CPL and CPA targets, straight from agency or recent agency experience a plus
  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing, Digital and Analytics Teams
  • Effective stakeholder management of both internal business partners and external agencies
  • Proactive, pragmatic and collaborative style 
  • Deep knowledge of SA360 and Facebook for set up and optimisations of full funnel activity from awareness to acquisition.
  • Experience using analytics tools. i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
