• Hands-on Technical Lead (prior experience leading isn't required, they hire on potential)

 
MUST HAVE SKILLS  

• ASP.Net core MVC using C#
• SQL
• Web API'S
• HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
• Angular

• Delivering extremely high-quality code blocks on time
• You consistently own your work - the buck stops with you 
• You have the initiative to research, focus on client experience and interpret end-user goals
• Speed, accuracy, and flexibility - they are developing fast, and are pretty fluid in how they achieve the outcomes, you have to be comfortable with this  

They are a jeans and t-shirt company, family-friendly with flexible working if needed, transparent and open, generally quite nerdy (even the marketing team), and supportive of each other. Currently, full remote and have always offered a mix of Office and Work from home options.
