Our E-Commerce client seeks an E-Commerce Manager - Marketplace to lead their digital trade operations across various online marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, John Lewis, The Iconic, and others. In this role, you will optimise product listings, drive sales, and expand the marketplace presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, John Lewis, and other platforms, focusing on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Performance Optimisation: Analyse data to identify sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve product visibility and drive growth.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with marketplace vendors, negotiate terms, and oversee budgets and sales forecasts.
- Marketing & Advertising: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies, manage paid ad campaigns, and analyse performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and produce reports to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI.
- Enhanced operational efficiency and increased sales.
- Improved product visibility and conversion rates.
- Effective strategic planning and actionable insights.
- Higher ROI from marketing investments and increased brand awareness.
- Expanded client base and improved customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience with TikTok paid advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
