Job description

We are currently looking for an eCommerce Content Coordinator to manage the website product catalogue creation, presentation and optimisation in order to maximise sales and customer experience

Main Responsibilities;
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of products on the website
  • Working with the Product Development team to create and upload product descriptions in accordance with content guidelines using the correct tone of voice, SEO and consumer optimised, (including metadata, page titles etc.)
  • Accurately associate and mapping products into their respective online categories.
  • Data integrity checks and cleansing of product and pricing files
  • Visual Merchandise product listing pages, coupling data insights along with the Brand Environment instore strategy
  • Approve, test and validate all product information prior to go live each month
  • Monitoring stock and maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. Working to optimise the product representation and develop online guidelines.
  • Support in managing online projects, from coordinating the input of various stakeholders to briefing the relevant teams for execution and testing
  • Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes including site functionality, promotions and pricing.
Key Skills;
  • Experience using Product Information Management systems.
  • An understanding of the key components of SEO for product descriptions.
  • Experience with eCommerce CMS systems - Salesforce Commerce would be a bonus! 
  • Experienced using web analytics Google Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
