Job description

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our omnichannel retail client, who will work with the broader team to develop & implement all digital activities to grow & enhance the company's online presence, digital footprint and improve user experience, engagement & conversion.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of on-site search, with the responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider team and optimise
  • Ownership of on-site merchandising, driving cross-/up-sell to increase UPT and AOV, with the responsibility to analyse the impact and optimise
  • Collaborate with the team on optimising the website customer experience/journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality and layout across the site (e.g. homepage, navigation, PDP)
  • Collaborate with the CRM manager, feeding into the CRM strategy, email planning and segmentation/personalisation from stock and product perspective
  • Product data management - ensure that all product data is on the website's sites including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
  • Web Analytics – monitor and measure site performance, while using this to make recommendations and improve performance.
  • Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve
  • Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates
  
Key Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in fast paced, multi-brand websites (ideally multi-channel) in a similar role.
  • Experience with eCommerce technologies such as; Hotjar; Yotpo; Klevu; Product Search Filter Ap; Free Gift App; Preezie; Shopify Plus.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a small team of direct reports
  • Demonstrated experience on 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with C level stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using analytic tools to measure performance.
This role is based in Caringbah with 1-2 per week in the office and the rest WFH.
