I'm currently looking for an energetic self-starter who knows how to drive awareness and create attention online this will be working for a well known Australian brand that has a customer focus on everything that they do.
The role is looking for someone who can advise and help grow the direct sales via the website and enable successful direct marketing, as well as maintain the website and ensure the resilience of the website for new product launches.

Duties;
- Daily management and optimisation of their eCommerce websites
- Monitoring the brand websites sales and optimising online merchandising, website functionality and user experience in conjunction with their tech team
- Working with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate revenue growth and build their brand in line with the eCommerce strategy
- Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to create a seamless brand experience across their sales channels
- Utilise web analytics to identify actionable improvements to further convert visitors and drive those changes end-to-end
- Reporting on KPIs and results
Key Skills; - CMS experience - WORDPRESS
- eCommerce CMS exp ideally with BigCommerce / Salesforce Commerce
- EDM - Campaign Monitor
- Ability to drive the business and catapult sales growth.
- Good Technical understanding to liaise with developers.
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
