As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies, with an initial focus on top-of-funnel activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency to optimise our marketing efforts and fuel our growth.

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies, with an initial focus on top-of-funnel activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency to optimise our marketing efforts and fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Top-of-Funnel Focus:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness and attract new users through content marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and other channels.
- Create and manage high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and more.
- Optimise our website and landing pages for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Design and implement paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies to guide potential customers from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and customer feedback.
- Utilise data and analytics to track performance across the funnel, identify areas for improvement, and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Leverage technical skills to manage and optimise marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and more.
- Analyse data from various sources (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Perform A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and product features.
Key Skills You'll have:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a Product-led SaaS Startup.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful top-of-funnel and full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Technical proficiency with marketing technology tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for growth.
This role is based in Melbourne and operates a Hybrid work model.
