Job description

We are on the lookout for an ITIL certified Service Design Lead to design new or modify existing services across our clients IT environment.

You will be responsible for the Designs, engagements, definitions and support of the new design.

Your key responsibilities;
  • Implement a newly designed framework
  • Manage the engagement across the IT enterprise
  • Work with stakeholders on the deployment of new designs across lives projects and services
  • Assist in risk dependency of new services on live production environment
  • Establish, improve and implement the framework and supporting documentation for Service Level Design activities across the Endeavour service landscape
  • Engage with business, delivery, service and operations leads to ensure that appropriate levels of support are available for new and modified Services
If you have experience in ITIL service design frameworks across service catalogue design and demonstratable skills in ServiceNow and Jira then this will stand you in great stead.

This is a long term contract of 12 months
