About the role:
- You will be working across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.
- Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks.
- Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more.
- Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.
- 3+ years Experience in a MSP environment - MUST
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc
- Networking experience; troubleshooting/ config firewalls, switches & routers
- Current Australian drivers license
- Paid certifications
- Birthday gift
- Quarterly social events
