Job description

Level 2/3 Support Engineer
* Up to $95k plus super
* Bella Vista location 
* 5 days in the office

TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth. 

About the role: 
  • You will be working across the Level 2 and when needed, and being a client liaison. 
  • Supporting Servers and Networks.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches. 
  • Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and services in Microsoft-based environments.
  • Potential on-site visits, if needed.
What you need: 
  • 3-5+ years Experience in a MSP environment - MUST
  • Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
  • Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc 
  • Networking experience; basic troubleshooting firewalls, switches & routers 
  • Endpoint management- Intune/NAble
  • Hyper-V / VMware 
  • Current Australian drivers license
