Job description

Our Client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist, someone who ideally has experience within B2B SaaS businesses.
  
As a key part of the marketing team, you will live and breathe marketing automation, building and optimising our customer journeys.

You will be the ultimate power user, hosting webinars on best practices, being a regular blogger on tips and tricks, building templates, and a library of screen recordings to showcase our users the best way to create remarkable customer journeys with our platform.
  
Responsibilities
  • Own marketing automation.
  • Continuously test and optimise campaigns.
  • Work alongside the broader marketing team to develop campaign messaging, copy and creative elements. 
  • Test, track and report on key campaign results and continually identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build marketing automation templates for use in our templates library.
  • Work alongside the content team to create/inform best practice content.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in a marketing automation role, ideally with experience in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • You are naturally curious, question how and why, whilst being a problem solver, able to connect the dots, or pivot if required.
  • You will be driven by data. You will need to be comfortable tracking, measuring and gaining insights from data to understand your impact and optimise.
  • You will need to collaborate across multiple teams; marketing, product, sales, support, so you'll need to be a strong team player.
  • Have a solid understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
