Job description

Our client a Global software company is looking for a Marketing Manager to look after the ANZ region.
As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to build revenue alongside the sales team through engaging and strategic marketing campaigns for both prospects and customers.
You will manage all marketing campaigns within ANZ. Working with teams across the business to educate & engage our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop quarterly and yearly local marketing strategy to drive revenue for ANZ. Increasing account growth within existing customers and increasing retention within this customer base.
  • Consistently optimising conversion rates for new business across the funnel. Managing a mixture of Inbound and ABM Marketing Campaigns across industries and personas to drive new business.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel programs, from briefing through to execution. Develop and manage social media profiles and support social selling.
  • Leverage owned and paid channels to execute campaigns including eDM, LinkedIn, Facebook, Display & retargeting.
  • Understanding our customer journeys to increase funnel velocity and to ensure we are creating marketing materials that consistently add value.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align and enable G2M campaign efforts - including campaign set up, launch, execution and reviews.
  • Communicate consistently with the ANZ business about marketing priorities and what marketing is achieving.
Key Experience you will have:
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver revenue.
  • Experience building great relationships across the business but particularly with sales.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools ideally - Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, SugarCRM
  • Experience with multi-touch digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Website, Facebook
  • Experience running campaigns across - eDM, SEO and SEM
  • Experience in developing & running effective events, webinars, conference sponsorships.
