Mobile Tech/Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated Mobile Tech/Team Lead to join a growing tech company based in Sydney. Due to their recent success and planned expansion, the business is looking to build a brand new mobile team. You will have the rare opportunity to build 2 brand new native apps completely from scratch! This role will see you responsible for leading a team of 6 senior mobile engineers (both iOS & Android), guiding the decision around what tech to use, leading the mobile projects from concept through to delivery and production maintenance, and ensuring best practices along the way.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience leading a team of native iOS and Android engineers
• Proven experience delivering commercial-grade mobile apps to the market
• Fluency in either Swift or Kotlin
• Strong experience across the full development lifecycle of native iOS or Android mobile apps
• Experience mentoring developers
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
