Mobile Technical Lead

I am currently recruiting for a leading tech company based in Sydney. Due to growth, they are looking to appoint their first Mobile Tech Lead. You will have the rare opportunity to set up their mobile capability and lead a brand new greenfield project. This is a fully hands-on tech lead role.

Role:

• Leading the iOS & Android software architecture and development
• Leading all mobile projects from concept through to delivery
• Growing and developing the team
• Ensuring best practices are implemented
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Mobile Tech Lead
• 3-5 years of commercial iOS or Android development experience
• Fluent in either Swift or Kotlin

Desirables:

• Experience developing on both iOS & Android platforms
• Ability to code in both Swift and Kotlin
• Exposure to React Native
