Network Engineer

A global intelligence company, who are involved in long term projects with some of the most recognisable brands are about to scale up due to a huge influx of projects for the next FY and beyond. They work across different industry domains and pride themselves on being ahead of their direct competition. 

Their current focus is on the infrastructure team, where they have a requirement for an experienced Network Engineer to complement their already high-powered team. 

The role: 

• level 2 & 3 support across their existing client base 
• develop and maintain both internal and external processes 
• a core focus on driving operational efficiencies using different tools and automation 
• ensure SLA compliance using control and systems 
• work with the sales team through tender proposals 

About you: 

• clear knowledge and experience with Linux 
• demonstrable experience across switching, routing and security 
• experienced with scripting languages such as Python and Javascript 
• knowledge of ITIL framework 
• managed service provider experience
