Job description

Our Client a B2B SaaS company is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager, where you will work closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to ensure partner success and growth.

You will be responsible for defining and executing partner marketing strategies to ensure partner success, increase the number of account sign-ups via the partner network and drive growth with partners.
 

Key Responsibilities:

● Work with partners to generate leads and MRR through ongoing partner marketing activities. This includes webinars, training and certifications, partner collateral, and events.
● Field partner requests, prioritise workflow and identify new opportunities.
● Oversee and manage end-to-end Marketing Distributed Funds (MDF) assigned to specific partners with the Finance Team.
● Plan and work with the Event Manager to execute partner events,
including co-marketing events with the partner network ensuring these remain
within MDF budget.
● Drive collaboration with partner's marketing resources and contacts.
● Assist with partner onboarding with the Channel team, to ensure partner success.
● Work with the broader marketing team on partner content, marketing automation, and branded collateral.
● Maintain a current library of partner resources in the Partner Portal.
● Provide reporting and insights to Marketing and Partnerships leadership.
Requirements



Key Skills:

● 3+ years in a B2B partner marketing role for a SaaS business.
● Experience across a range of marketing channels and technologies.
● You must be great with words, be able to transform the complex into something clear, simple, succinct and compelling.
● You are naturally curious, question how and why, whilst being a problem solver, able to connect the dots, or pivot if required.
● You will be driven by data. You will need to be comfortable tracking, measuring and gaining insights from data to understand your impact and optimise.
● You are a team player. You will need to collaborate across multiple teams;
partnerships, marketing, sales, and support.
● Have a solid understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
