Platform Engineer

The role is for a Platform Developer/Engineer with experience in the big data space. They are a fast-paced and dynamic company that focuses on bringing new ideas and innovation to every aspect of its company. You will get the opportunity to build and operate SaaS products working as part of a small tight-knit engineering team that is super high-performing. 

The role:

• Operate a NDP SaaS platform 
• Meet compliance obligations (ISO27001, SOC2 etc) using best approaches such as GitOps 
• Service management, security and operations of the platform 
• Review code and provide input to the engineering team 
• Promote DevOps practices and help foster a culture of collaboration 
• Drive enhancements of CI/CD capability 

Your profile and experience: 

• Experience in modern software deployment 
• Experience using Kubernetes and Docker and also Spark runtime 
• Understanding and experience in operating SaaS products including security operations 
• Infrastructure as Code experience - Terraform, Ansible and Flux 
• Skills in at least one language (Go, Python etc)
