Your New Company:
In the last 1-2 years, this ethical and green tech company has rapidly built one of Australia's best tech teams - and they are showing no sign of slowing down!
They are well-known for hiring top-class .NET talent and have a very strong and diverse Senior Engineering Leadership team.
They have awesome, modern, shiny new offices right here in Sydney CBD, but in 2021 they flipped to a Remote First / Hybrid Model and now have team members all over Australia working from the comfort of their own home.
What You Will Do:
You will join a team that includes some of the best tech talents in Australia and work closely with the Engineering Leadership Team, as well as the Product/Design, BA, and QA Teams.
Your role as a Senior or Principal Software Engineer will require you to have strong experience in API development, performance management, code optimization, stability, and scalability.
They’re always looking for technical leaders so there is plenty of opportunities to impress into Technical Leadership and Engineering Manager level positions.
Skills You Will Need:
Ideally, you're based in NSW - but they're 100% WFH for now and happy to offer this long-term or a hybrid model down the track - so if you're in Melbourne or Brisbane etc.

- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Strong SQL Server and/or NoSQL
- Javascript / Angular
- Performance, Optimisation, and Scalability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Event-driven Architecture
- CI/CD, Kubernetes or Docker
