To support you in your mission, you’ll have a team of dedicated engineers, designers, BA and testers.
The Role
- Acting as the go-to for stakeholders and your team, communicating the goals and purpose of the products and features
- You are an A-grade communicator and negotiator - not just a 'yes' person
- Foreseeing & navigating constraints that may present blockers for the team
- Synthesize insights by conducting interviews with end-users and stakeholders to create actionable next steps
- Creating backlog, writing user stories and overseeing the release of new features
- Assess technical feasibility, user needs and bridge business goals.
About You
- You're a junior > mid Product Manager with 2+ years of Product management experience
- You enjoy a small company environment and understand the concept of working end-to-end & wearing multiple hats when needed
- Data led decision-making and drive to progress in your career
- You have experience in finance, payments, fintech SaaS, B2B
- You are able to work efficiently in a cross-functional squad
- Happy to take on duties that perhaps sit between functions to make sure the team keeps good pace.
- An A-class communicator with a bag of tricks for conveying complex concepts & thinking
- Excellent problem-solver who loves navigating through uncertainty to discover smart and innovative solutions
- You LOVE adding value for customers and think outside the box!
