Job description

Our client, a scale-up SaaS business is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.
  
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will understand the products and their markets inside out. You'll be a key driver of the Go-To-Market Strategy, and you'll leverage insights to drive the development of the positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers.
 
This will be the first Product Marketing position within the business, so it will be an opportunity for you to build out this function and team as the company and role grows.
 
This position would be ideal for a Product Marketing Specialist/ Manager who is looking to take that next step up.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all product positioning and messaging resonates with target buyer personas and clearly address problems to solve.
  • Ensure product material is kept up to date and rolled out through all internal and external channels.
  •  Product - work with product management to understand key features and benefits for each product in our portfolio and understand how each product works together.
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Act as the thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements, written works and customer meetings.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Key Experience you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role as a Product Marketing Specialist / Manager for a  global software / SaaS company.
  • Proven success in the ability to craft product value propositions and messaging.
  • Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and tactics.
  • Experience partnering with other teams to develop sales enablement tools and materials and deliver training  
  • Proven success with goal setting, budget management, and results measurement 
  • Strong relationship building skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
