We are working with a global Saas provider who has a range of products that have helped shape the big data space and are continuing to gro / WiFiw and are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Head Office in Sydney
The Project Manager will be responsible for full end-to-end delivery, from estimations, planning, and managing the installations and implementations of WiFi and Network (LAN / WAN) Deployments, people countre solutions, including Integrated Communication Networks and related infrastructure projects.
This will be a client-facing role and will require you to liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally, you will report directly to the CIO.

The Project Manager will be responsible for full end-to-end delivery, from estimations, planning, and managing the installations and implementations of WiFi and Network (LAN / WAN) Deployments, people countre solutions, including Integrated Communication Networks and related infrastructure projects.
This will be a client-facing role and will require you to liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally, you will report directly to the CIO.
What you will be doing:
- Full end-to-end project management.
- Identify Scope and address any objectives.
- Manage project resources and responsibilities.
- Ensure delivery on time and on budget.
- Uses formal ITIL processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Design cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Regularly review progress ensure key milestones are met and provide updates.
- Risk Management and contingency planning.
- 5+ years experience in customer-facing, technical project management for telcos, technical construction, wireless, electrical engineering, building services, or security systems.
- Experience working on WiFi deployment projects.
- ITIL process experience.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret construction plan, schematics, blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Track record of cross-functional project delivery;
- Experience managing budgets, project plans, and resource allocations.
- Track record of developing and delivering thoughtful, persuasive, error-free documentation and presentations;
- Experience delivering a majority of projects in networking infrastructure, voice, cabling, WiFi, WinTel etc
- Wireless technologies (Wifi5, wifi6, Bluetooth, WLCs, wireless channels, etc)
- Network Cabling standards (OM1-3, CAT5e, 6, 6a, 7, etc)
- Cloud-based network management platforms, for example Aruba Central, Meraki, Extreme IQ
- Local Area Network infrastructure, switches, and routers
- Wide Area Network infrastructure, including MPLS, NBN-EE, and (not essential) SD-WAN, FTTP, FTTB, etc
- General infrastructure knowledge (servers, datacentres, firewalls, etc)
- Wireless site surveys, and tools to analyse to Wi-Fi channels, frequencies (e.g. Ekahau)
- Familiarity with cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) platforms
- Financial Systems and procurement processes
- The principles of information security
