Job description

Twelve-month contract opportunity for a large ERP finance transformation. You will need to have strong ERP Implementation experience, as well as a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry.
  
  
The role:
  
You will be accountable for the effective delivery of projects and programs related to the implementation whilst ensuring compliance is met within budgetary, time, scope, and quality constraints as defined by the project sponsor.
  
Duties;

Running the end to end implementation of projects related to this finance transformation through to BAU;
Developing project plans/budgets and managing those projects from development and implementation stages through to BAU;
Designing and developing strategies and processes, in consultation with team members/stakeholders/business consultants, which will support the implementation of the program;
Identifying key stakeholders and working proactively to gain their support and endorsement by establishing contacts, conducting presentation/workshops and attending stakeholder meetings;
Determining project resourcing requirements, managing development and implementation of the project on a day to day basis;
Identifying risks affecting the delivery of project outcomes and where necessary deploying contingencies to ensure completion of projects;
Identifying project dependencies and working with relevant departments to ensure plans can be carried out effectively and dependencies are resolved;
Representing or having involvement with corporate projects, committees, change management projects as required.
  
Key Skills;

Minimum of five years’ Project Management experience in a complex environment;
Experience working on complex ERP finance transformation projects would be highly advantageous;
Experience working with Oracle Fusion;
You will possess a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;
You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget;
You will possess exceptional verbal, written, and stakeholder engagement skills;

You will have strong analytical skills and have a proven ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to support business strategies;
