Scrum Master
* Sydney location
* WFH - only go into the office once a quarter!!
* Salary - $150k plus super
We are partnering with a well-known hospitality brand that is looking for their very first scrum master to help streamline their Agile processes. They are growing at a substantial rate and are looking to scale more scrum teams!
This is a perfect position for someone who loves agile and wants to help bring teams up to scratch with agile!
The opportunity:
Must reside in the Sydney area with PR or Citizenship.
This process is 2 stages and can be turned around within a week and are interviewing ASAP.

- Guide scrum teams and walk through sprints
- Assist with one on one training/ mentoring with individuals
- Keep up to date with changing processes
- Help implement Agile processes into the teams
- Fast paced start up environment
- You LOVE agile and everything about it
- Experience helping mentor/ train members of the scrum to get up to speed with agile
- Implemented agile processes
- Experienced working with developers - even better if you were an ex developer
- Mentored more than 2 scrum teams at a time
- Digital background (desirable)
